GB Electrical is has recently completed the first stage of our strategic and operational planning project. We have completed our strategic plans and have implemented improvements to our business that have been identified by our employee meetings through our operation planning sessions.

Ongoing structured meetings and improvements are now implemented and we are currently reviewing our strategic goals for our future development.

This project is providing a structured and well thought out series of improvements to our business that all employees have an input to providing us with real and beneficial improvement to our systems of work, marketing and administration.
